Rumpke curbside recycling
http://www.rumpkerecycling.com/residential/curbside.aspx
Wash and squash items as much as possible.
Do not leave lids on containers.
No plastic bags. Items that are not recyclable can cause contamination of a load of recyclables, resulting in items going to the landfill instead.
Recycling to support schools and libraries
Paper
Paper and paper products are collected in green and yellow ABITIBI dumpsters. This not only helps our environment by keeping paper out of our landfills, but our schools and libraries get paid for each full bin recycled! Please
do not drop off cardboard at these sites if it isn’t accepted.
Other items
Many of the schools have a green team or coordinator that coordinates collection of other items for recycling, such as plastic bags, ink cartridges and batteries.
